BASIC REQUIREMENTS	Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages. 2 Application Form fully completed and signed by the applicant. 2 Family Detail Form 2 Recent photographs (size of 35-45 mm, white background). Covering Letter on Company’s Letterhead. ORIGINAL Invitation in Belarus language with the date of departure and arrival to be sent with the documents.(Format for Invitation) Return Confirmed Ticket. Latest Bank Statement for 3 months ITR for last three years. Indian company registration.
MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS	Insurance policy by the Belarussian insurance company. (We can arrange this but with additional cost).
TIME TAKEN	Normal – 7 to 10 working days. Urgent – 2 to 3 working days.
SUBMISSION DAY	Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
VISA SECTION WORKING DAYS	Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
COLLECTION DAY	Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
COLLECTION TIME	03:00 pm -05:00 pm.
