| BASIC REQUIREMENTS | Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. 1 Application Form To be online by Applicant. 1 Recent Photographs (Size 35mm -45 mm white background). Covering Letter on company’s letterhead. Invitation Letter. Ticket Itinerary. Recommendation Letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce. Bank Statement last 3 months. IT Return last 2 years. Authority Letter on Rs 50/- Stamp Paper duly Notarised by Notary The Stamp Paper should also have the photograph of pax duly stamped by Notary and signed by Pax. (Format of Authority Letter). NOTE: Please note that applications to mention his/her Email ID, Mobile /Direct Landline number and the Educational Qualifications either on the Covering Letter or at the back side of the Visa Application Form. The applicant MAY be called for personal interview. |
