Insurance (Please see the head MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS). Coloured photocopy of all the pages of current as well as all old passport booklets (Rs 900/- for Booklet with 36 pages and Rs 1500/- for Booklet with 60 pages – SHALL BE CHARGED EXTRA for doing this job). Occupation Proof – Last 03-month salary slip, if employed OR Director Ship /Memorandum of Articles) authority letterif director/owner. Credit Card copy OR Foreign Exchange. Personal Bank statement last 03 Months. IT Paper last 03 year. Authority Letter. |
| MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS | Overseas travel medical insurance valid for all Schengen-countries.The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent, for all risks for all risks e.g. accident, illness, medical emergency evacuation etc. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure.
