| BASIC REQUIREMENTS | Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of Travel. 1 Application Form mentioning the applicant Mobile OR Direct Landline numbers. 2 Recent photographs (size of 35-40 mm, white background).1 photo pasted on form another photo to have the name and the signatures of the applicant on the back side are MANDATORY. Covering letter. The detailed letter from the Employer OR Company confirming the Employment status of the applicant. Ticket itinerary Showing Departure Minimum After 10 Days. Hotel Confirmation from a hotel in Cyprus as per ticket dates to be faxed to Embassy in Delhi and 1 copy to us. Insurance. Exchange minimum EURO 1500 endorsed in the passport OR Credit Card copy. Original Bank Statement (last 6 months) with Bank Name, Branch, Address, Bank Code and Bank Seal with the name and Signatures of the Authorised Signatory[This is mandatory for all applicants and is also must for spouses too, in case spouse is Housewife then husband to notify the reason for not showing the Bank Statement of wife in his Covering Letter addressed to the Embassy]. Copy Of IT Returns for last 3 years[This is mandatory for all applicants and is also must for spouses too, in case spouse is Housewife then husband to notify the reason for not showing the IT Returns of the wife in his Covering Letter addressed to the Embassy]. In case of Child as the passenger – NOC from School/College/Educational Institution.In Case of Sponsor Inviting the applicant : 1. Invitation Letter from the host in Cyprus, in case of the visit to Family and Friends. 2. Bank guarantee Letter from Sponsors Bank in Cyprus attested from Immigration Dept in Cyprus to us and Embassy. 3.
