BASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • A valid passport must not be older than 10 years also it must be valid for at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay. The passport must also have at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets.
  • Coloured photocopy of all the pages of current passport booklet along with the BIO PAGE and VALID VISA PAGES of all old passports booklets (Rs 900/- for Booklet with 36 pages and Rs 1500/- for Booklet with 60 pages – SHALL BE CHARGED EXTRA for doing this job)
  • 1 Application Form duly filled and signed at two places(column #37 and in last)by the applicant.
  • Consent Form.
  • 2 Recent Photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm with white background with 70 to 80 % face cover area).
  • Covering Letteon Company’s letterhead.
  • Invitation.
  • Ticket Itinerary showing departure after 10 working days.
  • Hotel Confirmation
  • Insurance.
  • Salary Slip last 06 month.
  • Personal Bank Statement last 6 months).
  • ITR papers last 3 years.
  • Mobile number of the applicant.
  • Authority Letter
  • Pax holding blank passport or not traveled to Schengen countries last 03 years then Highest Education Degree copy,
