BASIC REQUIREMENTS	Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel 1 Application Form Dully Filled And Signed by the applicant. 2 Recent Photograph (white background) Covering letter on company’s letterhead mentioning that all the Expenses will be Borne by company Invitation letter PCC from passport office Personal Bank Statement Last 6 months Ticket itinerary Authority letter. Note:- First Passenger need to send all the documents first for verification with Embassy and the Passenger would be called for Personal Interview if required
MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS	Medical Fitness Certificate from any MBBS Doctor Yellow Fever Certificate – Mandatory while Travelling.
