BASIC REQUIREMENTS	Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. 2 sets of Application Forms (manually filled) & 2 sets of Form to be online and taken prints with one set of all documents original and another set photocopied. Business Checklist Form signed by Applicant. 2 Photos (White background 2″ x 2″ inches in size). Covering Letter on Company’s letterhead. Invitation letter (both in Hebrew and English) on the letterhead of the guest company, it should mention the name, passport no., duration, and purpose of travel to Israel. (this letter should come to the embassy by fax from Israel only and once copy with documents). Hotel Booking. Return Ticket showing departure after 10 days. Insurance. Original Bank statement for 3 months. Latest 2 months salary slip. Authority Letter. Note:- Embassy does not issue Visa on the separate sheet.
