Hotel Booking Recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce Original Personal Bank statement last 03 Months with bank seal and sign (minimum Balnce should be 03 lac) Original Company Bank Statement last 03 Month with bank seal and sign.(minimum Balnce should be 10 lac) 2 Application Form dully filled or typed by black ink in BLOCK Letters (With Index Finger impression), Original Company Profile Or Copy of Company Registration Certificate.
