• Passport (valid for at least thirty(30) days from intended departure date from South Africa and at least three(3) unused/blank visa pages).
• 1 Application Form (must be completed in black ink and block letters).
• 2 Photograph ( 35mm x 45mm, with white background only).
• Covering Letter on Company’s Letter Head.
• Reference/introduction letter from Indian employer stating the name, passport number of the applicant as well as purpose and duration of the visit. The letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signature’s name, designation, and signatures.
• Letter of invitation from the South African organizers/hosts/companies stating the name, passport number of the applicant as well as purpose and duration of the visit. The letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of the host and host’s/authorized signature’s name, designation, and signature (Host ID copy attested by the commissioner of OATHS needs to be submitted if required by SAHC).
• Return Confirmed Ticket OR Ticket itinerary.
• Hotel Confirmation for the stay period.
• Original Personal Bank statement last 03 months, signed and stamped by the bank with minimum balance Rs 60000/-.
