ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS	Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages. 1 Application form fully completed and signed by applicant. Covering Letter on company;s letter head. 2 Recent photographs (size of 35-40 mm, white background). Invitation approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation South Sudan Ticket Itinerary. All visitors to South Sudan must register with the Directorate of Immigration, Passport and Nationality within (seven) days of arrival to avoid a fine upon departure. Hotels owners will perform the registration. Evidence of registration is a Directorate stamp in the passport.
