| BASIC REQUIREMENTS |
- Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages.
- 1 Application form fully completed and signed by the applicant.
- 2 Recent photographs (size of 35-40 mm, white background).
- Covering Letter on company’s letterhead with company seal and sign.
- Invitation Letter from Inviting Company – Sri Lanka to be faxed directly to the Embassy here and a copy along with the Visa Application.
- Return ticket.
