| ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS |
- Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages.
- 1 Application form fully completed and signed by applicant.
- 2 Recent photographs (size of 35-40 mm, white background).
- Covering Letter on company’s letter head with company seal and sign.
- Recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce.
- The sponsor you intent to visit in the Sudan should obtain approval from the Ministry of Interior and then send it to the Ministry of External Affairs of the Sudan, who in turn will fax the same direct to the Embassy.
- Return Ticket.

| MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS |
- Official Health Certificate for AIDS and Ebola and valid international certificate of Vaccination against Cholera, yellow fever required while travelling, for visa its not required.
