ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS	Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages. Covering letter on company’s letter head 2 Recent photographs (size of 35-45 mm, white background). 1 Application Form filled and signed by applicant. Return Confirmed Ticket. Invitation letter should be faxed to UGANDA HIGH COMMISSION No. 0091 – 11- 49363649 from invitee party in Uganda and one copy to us. Personal Bank statement last 03 months with bank stamp. Hotel Confirmation Mandatory OR invitee to specify the stay address in the invitation.
MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS	Original Yellow Fever must for visa and while travelling.

Covering letter. Original letter from employer : Designation, Period of employment and leave date granted.In case of self employed, a letter from an agent who is authorised by the mission. Return confirmed Ticket. Hotel booking should be faxed to UGANDA HIGH COMMISSION No. 0091 – 11- 49363649 from the hotel in Uganda and one copy to us. Personal Bank statement last 03 months with bank stamp. IT Paper last 03 year. In case of Sposorship:- Sponsorship Letter, Sponsor passport copy and Residence permit copy should be faxed to UGANDA HIGH COMMISSION No. 0091 – 11- 49363649 from the sponsor in Uganda.
