ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS	Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages. 3 Original Application Forms to be filled and signed by applicant with BLUE INK PEN, in his/her own handwriting Invitation. Covering Letter on Company’s Letter Head. 3 Recent photographs (size of 35-45 mm, white background). Return ticket ID CARD copy of invitee.((Work Permit copy OR Resident Permit copy OR Passport copy). Personal Bank Statement for last 06 months. NOTE: For Children below 16 years, Visa will not be stamped here, they will be given VISA ON ARRIVAL.
MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS	Original Yellow fever is must for visa and while travelling.
