• Covering letter on company’s letterhead explaining the purpose of the trip and business relation with the Austrian business partner. • Ticket Itinerary.
• Hotel Booking.
• Insurance. (pls see the head MEDICAL REQUIREMENT)
• Original bank statement last 3 month with seal and sign.
• Personal Income tax Return last 3 years.
• Income tax Return last 3 years.
• Authority Letter.
• Letter of Guarantee.
• Copy of present passport (First & last page and all previous Uk, USA & SCHENGEN visas copy).
• Old Passports (If lost, proof of loss).
• Occupation Proof.

For Employed/Salaried:

• NOC Letter from employer stating designation, date of employment, salary per month and leave sanctioned letter.
• Salary slip of last 3 months

For Self-Employed:

• Companies Bank statement of last 3 months
• Companies Income tax returns last 3 year
• Certificate of registration of company

For students:

• Student ID Card copy and NOC from School

For Minor Travelers:

• If minor accompanied by one parent shall provide a notarized NOC by the other parent.
• If Minor travelling alone shall provide notarized NOC by both parents/ legal gaurdians.
