• Photocopy of the valid passport (first and last page) is required. If there are any valid visa for USA/UK/Canada/Australia and any Schengen visa (issued in last three years), if the visa is in old/ canceled passport than a photocopy of those pages are also required.Please note that Embassy needs 1 original & 1 duplicate set of all the documents including the Visa Application Form with photograph pasted on it.

For Employed/Salaried:

• NOC Letter from employer
• Salary slip of last 3 months

For Self-Employed:

• Companies Bank statement of last 3 months
• Companies Income tax returns last 3 year
• Certificate of registration of company

For students:

• Student ID Card copy and NOC from School

For Minor travelers:

• If minor accompanied by one parent shall provide a notarized NOC by the other parent.
• If Minor traveling alone shall provide notarised NOC by both parents/ legal guardians.

• Overseas travel medical insurance valid for all Schengen-countries.The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent, for all risks e.g. accident, illness, medical emergency evacuation etc. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure.
