| BASIC REQUIREMENTS | The valid passport must not be older than 10 years also it must be valid for at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay. The passport must also have at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets. 1 Application Form to be filled and duly signed at two places (column #37 and in last) by the passenger in his own handwriting only, also pax to mention his mobile no in the passenger detail column. 2 Recent photographs (size of 35-45 mm, white background with 80% face coverage on mat finish paper) Covering letter on Company’s Letterhead. Passport front and last page copy. Employment Proof – Company ID copy of the applicant. Invitation. Ticket Itinerary showing departure after minimum 13 working days. Insurance valid till 15 days after the return of pax (Please see the head MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS). Bank statement (last 6 months). IT Return (last 3 years). authority letter NOTE 1. Ppt holders traveling first time to SCHENGEN to come in person for the visa or else pax can appear for an interview in the honorary consulates and get the visa form attested by the consulate and then send to us. 2. Valid visa stamped on the old passport is automatically canceled and the applicant to apply for the fresh visa. |
| MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS | Overseas travel medical insurance valid for all Schengen-countries.The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent, for all risks e.g. accident, illness, medical emergency evacuation etc. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure.
