BASIC REQUIREMENTS	Valid passport with at least 6-month validity from the date of travel. 2 Application Forms to be filled back to back. 2 Photos(white background). Covering letter on Company’s letterhead. Invitation to be faxed to the embassy Guyana, one copy of the invitation to be attached to documents. Recommendation Letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce. Personal Bank Statement last 03 months. Return Confirmed Ticket.Note: If the passenger is not traveled to Guyana Before then PCC is required.
MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS	Yellow Fever Certificate. Medical Fitness Certificate from any MBBS Doctor.
TIME TAKEN	10 -15 days (Subject to Approval, as all cases get referred).

BASIC REQUIREMENTS	Valid passport with at least 6-month validity from the date of travel. 2 Application Forms to be filled back to back. 2 Photos(white background). Covering letter on Company’s letterhead if Employer OR NOC from the company if Employee. Hotel Confirmation with Hotel Name, Address and contact numbers. Personal Bank Statement last 03 months. Return Confirmed Ticket. Note: If the passenger is not traveled to Guyana Before then PCC is required.
