ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS	Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages. 1 Application form typed on fully completed and signed by applicant. Photocopies of other visas obtained. Covering Letter on Company’s Letter Head. Letter of Invitation from Panama along with the person who is inviting a copy of their cedula dully attested or copy of the passport in case the person is a foreigner who is invitng. In case of the company invitation: A copy of public registry, copy of key operation, copy of the receipt which shows the company address. Incorporation Certificate of the Panamanian Company. Bank Solvency Letter from Invitee Company. ID Proof of Invitee. 2 Recent photographs (size of 35-40 mm, white background). Bank Statment last 3 month and Bank Solvency Letter with the name of the Bank Manager with his/her Signatures and Bank Seal. Itinerary showing entry and exit from Panama. 3 months Salary Slip of the aplicant. ID Proof of the applicant. Income Tax Paper of the applicant – last 3 Years. Return Confirmed ticket NOTE : BLANK PASSPORT HOLDERS – PLEASE NOTE APPLICANTS NEEDS TO PRESENT ALL OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED DOCUMENTS IN HARDCOPY AND ALSO WRITE A CD WITH SOFT COPY OF ALL DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THE VISA APPLICATION.
MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS	Polio Vaccination Certificate while travelling.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS	Visa can be obtained in 24 hours if passenger is holding valid UK(5 to 10 years)/USA(5 to 10 years)/CANADA/AUSTRALI/SCHENGEN(Business/Tourist visa with minimum 3 month validity) having travelled at least once to one of the stated countries on valid visa. For such cases the documents required are: 1 Form.3 Photos. Return confirmed ticket or ticket Itinerary showing entry and exit dates from Panama. Covering Letter on Company Letter Head.
