Covering letter on company’s letter head mentioning the entry and exit date. 2 Recent photographs (size of 35-40 mm, white background). Invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan or Ministry of External Affairs. Ticket Itinerary. 2 Application form to be filled and signed by applicant. Passport Copy (First & last page).
