- Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages.
- 1 Application Form fully completed and signed by the applicant.
- 2 Recent photographs (size of 35-45 mm, white background).
- Covering letter on Company’s letterhead, confirming that he/she is currently employed by the company; for how long; as well as the applicant’s wage or yearly salary. The letter must be notarized and translated into Spanish.
- Original Invitation in the Spanish language attested by Notary in Argentina (Please see the details as the footnote under the head SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS).
- Latest Copy of Renuary (REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF ARGENTINE COMPANY).
- Recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of commerce, The letter must be notarized and translated into Spanish along with the Original English version.
- Return Ticket showing the departure after 21 days.
- Hotel confirmation mentioning Name and address of the Hotel with contact details and the reservation number.
- Credit Card Copy.
- Income Tax Returns for last Three years.
- Personal Original Bank Statement of last Six months with passengers name and address with a minimum balance of One Lac.
- The Bank statement must have Bank Seal with Signatures and the name of the Bank Officer issuing the bank statement, with complete contact details of the bank including the phone number as embassy would call the bank to verify the account.

| SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS |
- ORIGINAL INVITATION LETTER FROM THE COMPANY OR CLIENT IN ARGENTINA that is requiring the applicant.ORIGINAL INVITATION LETTER FROM THE COMPANY OR CLIENT IN ARGENTINA that is requiring the applicant.
- The letter must be certified by a Public Notary AND by the Notaries Association (“Colegio de Escribanos”)
- Any person or institution inviting someone to come to Argentina other than for tourism purposes must be registered at the RENURE (Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes Extranjeros) at Migration Office (DNM) in Argentina.
- The RENURE registration number MUST be included in the invitation letter. Without such number, the invitation is not valid.
- Kindly note that the person signing the invitation letter must be THE SAME ONE whose signature is registered at the RENURE.
- The invitation letter from the company or client in Argentina must include the personal details of the applicant, the purpose of his/her trip, the tasks he/she will be performing in Argentina and the exact period during which the applicant is required. The letter must also clarify if the applicant has entered Argentina in previous occasions.
- The invitation letter must be written in Spanish or duly translated into Spanish and addressed to the Head of the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Argentine Republic in New Delhi, India.

- Rest all passport can be applied in Delhi.
