• Personal Bank Statement (where the salary is transferred or letter from the company stating the mode of salary CHQ/CASH) of last 6 month in original with seal and signature, the statement should mention the pax name and address.

Occupation Proof :-

If the applicant is employed:

• Certificate of Employment from employer / NOC / Leave sanctioned
• Salary bank statement for last six months.
• Salary Slips for last 06 Month.

If the applicant is Student / Dependant

• Consent from the parents / spouse
• Original bank statement of last six months for parents / spouse
