BASIC REQUIREMENTS	Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least three blank pages. 1 Application Form to be printed back to back, fully completed and signed by the applicant. 3 passport sized photographs (35 mm x 45 mm) without borders, latest (taken within 3 months), white background, colored, covering both shoulders and face appearance (60% to 70%), taken on Matte finished paper. Covering Letter on Company’s Letter Head. Invitation. Return Confirmed Ticket (to be printed back to back). Note: Applicants traveling abroad for the first time are required to produce Original Personal latest (3 months) Bank Statement with Bank seal and signatures of Bank Authorised Signatory. The Bank Statement should also hold a healthy bank balance.
