- 1 Application Form (must be completed in black ink and block letters).
- Declaration
- 2 Camera clicked photographs (35mm x 45mm), recent, coloured with white background.
- Covering Letter on Company’s Letter Head.
- Invitation.
- South korean company registration.
- Employment Certificate/ Occupation proof.
- 1 yr. Income tax return or (In absence of Income Tax Return please provide explanatory note with 6 months bank statement.
