Singapore Group Visa Requirements
- Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel
- 2 passport-size photographs with white background, matte finish, size 35 mm × 45 mm, with 80% face coverage
- Form 14A fully filled and signed by the applicant
- Covering letter on the letterhead of the corporate organizing the tour
- Covering letter should authorize M.K International to submit and collect the passports
- Covering letter should mention the total number of travellers
- List of travellers with respective passport details
- Travel dates and duration of stay should be clearly mentioned
- Naming list with passport number, POI passport, contact number and email ID of every passenger on corporate company letterhead
- Corporate GST
- Corporate bank statement for the last 3 months
- Corporate ITR for the last 3 years
- For student groups: Every student's School ID card copy
- For student groups: NOC letter from parents
- For student groups: Parents' ID copy such as Aadhaar Card, Passport or PAN Card
- For Singapore land part: Land Arrangement from Singapore Tour Operator on its letterhead with naming list; scanned copy will do
- For Singapore cruise part: Same naming list on the cruise letterhead with stamp and signature
- Confirmed tickets required
- Confirmed hotel required
- - Hotel confirmation is not required in case of cruise
